FAQs
A: Call 706-232-7480 or click on the contact tab at the top of the page. We will need to know the address where the box will be delivered, what type of material you will be putting in it, placement instructions, and how you would like to pay. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Please note that an additional deposit may be due when paying with cash to cover any overages–if there are no overages your additional deposit will be refunded.
A: Every dumpster is quoted per haul or dump. Each time it is emptied, there is a charge. You are allowed a certain tonnage depending on the dumpster size you choose. A free rental period is also included in your base price.
A: We prefer a 24-hour notice. Orders placed before 10 am will be completed the same day if possible. However, during peak season in spring and summer, this is not a guarantee. Feel free to call the office, or you may e-mail rhinowaste@gmail.com for an estimated time of arrival for your service.
A: This varies based on the job size and type, and is agreed upon by both parties.
A: No. We have to be able to tarp the dumpsters to haul them. Overloading it would prevent us from being able to haul it. If we arrive and the dumpster cannot be hauled, the customer will be responsible for leveling the contents and incur a dry run fee if the dumpster cannot be serviced.
A: No hazardous waste, chemical products, radioactive materials, paints, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oils, tires, asbestos, railroad ties, or food waste are allowed in the container under any circumstances. If these items are found, there will be fees associated with the removal and disposal of these items.
A. Yes. You must limit the material to yard debris ONLY!!! Absolutely no garbage, construction debris, etc., can be mixed in. If this occurs, the box will be emptied on site, and the customer will be required to separate the material. You will also incur a “dry run” fee.
A. Yes. You must limit the material to concrete/brick/block/asphalt ONLY!!! Absolutely no garbage, construction debris, etc., can be mixed in. If this occurs, the box will be emptied as commercial waste at the landfill, and the tonnage and extra fees will apply. A credit card must be placed on file to cover the extra weight before the contents are emptied at the landfill. You will be given an estimated weight, and this amount will be charged before the driver is allowed to empty the box.
A: No. If these items are found in the dumpster upon dumping, the customer will be charged an extra fee and will be required to pick up the item from our location.
A: It will likely scratch the surface since the wheels are metal. If you place plywood on the driveway where you want the dumpster located, the driver will place it under the wheels of the dumpster to prevent scratches. We are not responsible if your driveway cracks, crumbles, or collapses. If your driveway has settled over the years, it is not at the fault of Rhino Waste & Recycling, Inc. It is the homeowners’ duty to ensure that the driveway is safe for us to be on. If you are unsure of the stability of your driveway, give us a call, and we will be happy to help you find a better alternative.
A: This can possibly be avoided by making sure you’re using the correct size dumpsters (different sizes have different weight limits). Also, the bigger and heavier the items are, it can take up a lot of the tonnage. However, if it does go over the allowed tonnage there is a per ton charge for anything over the allowed tonnage.
A: Yes. Please keep in mind there is a rental fee for extra days. The card on file will automatically be charged once per week for the rental fees. If we do not have a card on file, you will have to pay the rental fees prior to pickup.
A. We do not automatically schedule a pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to let us know the dumpster is no longer needed. This information we have no way of knowing. You are responsible for all fees incurred.
A. Rhino Waste & Recycling is not responsible for any extra weight due to mother nature and things we cannot control. The customer is responsible for the weight of the box, no matter what happens with the weather.
A. YES!! You are responsible for the contents of the dumpster and its contents until we remove it from your property. The customer will pay any fees related to such items.
A. Again, the dumpster is your responsibility while in your possession. You will be liable for any damages to the dumpster and will pay any associated fees.
